Andrew Trent White

Andrew “Andy” Trent White was born February 1, 1964, on Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California to Ron and Marilyn Fay (Odle) White. He passed away peacefully in his home on September 12th, 2026, after a battle with cancer.

Andy grew up on a turkey ranch in Cuyama Valley, California with his parents and siblings. Growing up Andy loved riding horses and bulls, hunting, trapping and playing football. He still holds the record for the most rushing yards in a single game at Cuyama Valley High School.

Throughout high school Andy dated the love of his life. Debbie. They married in 1984, the day after Debbie graduated. After they had their three boys they packed up and settled in Winchester, Wyoming in 1993. The next year Andy started his career with Burlington Northern Railroad. Years later their two girls came along to complete their family.

Winchester was Andy’s paradise. He spent endless hours playing in the water with his kids, and later in life, with his grandkids. After 28 years with the railroad, you could always find him in his blacksmith shop, at his sawmill, or in his beautiful garden.

Above all else Andy was a man of faith. In his quiet moments, he could often be found reading his bible and growing in his relationship with Jesus Christ. His faith remained an important part of who he was throughout his life and brought him peace as he neared the end of it.

Andy left behind a long list of family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father Ron; in-laws, Richard and Linda; and brother-in-law, Randy.

Andy is survived by Debbie White, his loving wife of 42 years; sons, Nathan (MiKaylynn), Travis (Rhea), and Josh; daughters Kasey (Wyatt) Carpenter and Meghan (Heston) Swenson; thirteen grandchildren; brothers, Tony and Joseph; sister, Kerrylea; and mother Fay.

We are at peace knowing Andy is in the loving arms of Jesus. When Jesus spoke again to the people He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.--John 8:12

A memorial services for Andy will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at CrossPoint Baptist Church in Worland, Wyoming with the Dr. Fred Smith conducting.
