April Renee Wright

April Renee Mitchell, 33, died Friday, July 6, 2012 in Worland, WY.

April was born on February 15, 1979 in Worland, Wyo. to Paul and Mary Jane “Janie” Mitchell. She grew up and graduated from Worland High School in 1998.

In June of 1998, April married and a son, Dominic, was born. She later divorced and moved to Rock Springs, where she married again. A daughter, Lakota, was born to this union. April and her family moved back to Worland in 2008, where she was employed by Crown Cork and Seal. In 2012 she divorced for the second time, but continued living in Worland raising her two children.

April was active in the LDS Church and involved with Girl Scouts. She enjoyed sewing, home improvement projects, camping, bowling and spending time with her children, family and friends. She was a loving and caring person that was always involved with something. Her smile was infectious.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.

Survivors include her two children, Domonic and Lakota, her parents, Paul and Mary; sisters: Kari (Rob) Lawler, Melanie (Keith) McDonald, Staci (Bob) Brazell all of Worland; brother: Ben Mitchell of Gillette, Wyoming; grandmother: Addie Mitchell; nephews: Christian and Austin Brazell, Andrew Lawler, Stone Ramos and Dawson McDonald; nieces: Kylie Brazell, Andraya and Vicki Lawler, Madison and Shelbea Ramos, Shayden McDonald; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
