Cathy Anice Bellah
June 25, 1946- February 2, 2025
Cathy Anice Bellah passed away February 2, 2025 in Billings, Montana. She was born in Worland, Wyoming on June 25, 1946.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Nancy (Lucas) Johnson and two brothers, Steven and Gregory. Her remaining family includes her husband, Mike Bellah; son, Scott Seghetti (Krista Wade); stepdaughter, Nicole Bellah; grandchildren: Taylor Orr and Justin, Sammy, Gavin, Brynley, Hydon; great-grandchildren: McKoy and Bodi Orr; brother, Russell Johnson and her beloved nieces and nephews.
Cathy spent her childhood years traveling the country with her military father and family including his deployments in Panama and Taiwan. She graduated from high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She pursued a nursing career for a time, then went into the credit and collections business for a long period. Then, discovering her love for retail sales before health problems finally ended her working career, upon their retirement she and Mike moved to the Sabine National Forest in deep east Texas for six years, enjoying nature and new friends, before moving back to Worland to be close to family. She was a member and author in the National Library of Poetry, published in three different volumes.
Cathy had her faith to help guide her life. She was a beautifully unique woman, always allowing her authenticity to shine. Her biggest passion was her family. She always put them first. She loved the outdoors, swimming, skiing, horseback riding, gardening, visiting with friends and having the occasional glass of wine.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. "Cathy", wife, Mom, Nana, Sweetheart… We can smile knowing that your country road was able to take you home, our beloved darling.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Saturday, July 26 at 727 South 14th Street in Worland. Online condolences may be made at www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
