Delsa B. Robertson, 83 year old Worland resident died at Community Care of America on Monday, November 9, 1998.
She was born on June 26, 1915 in Lovell, Wyoming to Martin and Anjeanette Boyce. She grew up in Lovell where she received her education. She was married to Snell Robertson on January 11, 1937 in Billings, Montana. They where later Sealed in the Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They made their home on the family farm N.E of Lovell. They moved to San Francisco where they built airplanes for WWII.
They moved back to Wyoming in late 1943 to run the farm. Delsa also worked for Great Western Sugar in the lab as a technician. She also worked for the North Big Horn Hospital for several years. In 1967 they bought the Lynn Hotel which they ran until 1976 at the time of Snell’s death. She continued to live in Lovell until moving to Worland in July of 1988 where she has lived with her daughter.
Her hobbies included crocheting, handy work, traveling, fishing and spending time in the mountains and with her family. She was a member of the LDS church.
Son Bob & (Shirley) Robertson of Sebewaing, Michigan. Daughters, Frankalene and (Joe) Malliot of Powell, Gayle and (Jurn) Wagner of Worland. Brother, Golden Boyce of Basin, 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews survive her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Snell, one son, nine brothers, three sisters and one Great Grandchild.
