Edwin Boyd Williams

Edwin (Ed) Boyd Williams, age 68, Worland resident died Thursday, July 19, 2009 at the Veterans Hospital in Sheridan, WY after short illness.

Ed was born July 21, 1940 in Worland to Roy and Lerura (Thomas) Williams. Ed has two sisters Helen, Berdie, and brothers Delbert, Dale, and Larry.

Ed graduated from Worland High School in 1959 then went on to serve in the Marine Corp from 1960 to 1964. He was passionate about woodworking, camping, fishing, metal detecting, and gold panning. He loved to travel to crafts shows and sell his creations. Ed owned and operated several business including Blaney Transfer and Storage, and worked at the Wyoming Boy’s School until 1987.

Ed is survived by his wife Jackie (Kramer) Williams, daughter Candee Harris, (Jeff) and daughter Tiffanee of Layton, UT, son Ray (Patricia) and children Sean, Seth and Stephanie of Montrose, CO. Jackie’s children Tim of Moore, MT, Mike of Burbank, CA, and Connie Luciano of Windsor, CT, sisters Helen Case (Les) of Alut, CO, Berdie Swanson of Big River, CA, Larry (Joanne) of Newell, SD. Ed has many nieces and nephews. Ed is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Delbert and his wife Dorothy, Dale, and Aunt Laura Thomas.
