Ellene Annetta Johnson Andrews Anderson

Ellene Annetta Johnson Andrews Anderson, Worland Resident, 84, passed away suddenly Tuesday, December 28, 1999 at Community Care.
Ellene was born on December 27, 1915, to John and Helen (Quathamer) Johnson.
She grew up in Kramer, Nebraska where she received her education. In 1934 she moved to Lovell, WY. In 1935 she was married to Edwin France Andrews in Cody, WY. They made their home in Lovell until 1938 when they moved to Deaver to homestead. They raised their family there until 1958 when Edwin retired. They were sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple in 1956. Edwin passed away March 16, 1962. Ellene then married Dalphon Anderson on March 3, 1967. They moved to Powell, where they made their home until the time of his death in 1986. After this Ellene moved to Worland to be closer to family. In 1998 she moved to Community Care of America.
Ellene enjoyed embroidery, canning, gardening, quilting, and following her grandchildren in their various activities. She was a member of the Homemaker's Club in Powell and also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served as secretary in the Relief Society, a primary teacher and a Sunday school teacher.
She is survived by 3 sons, Edwin Andrews of Orem, UT, Ervin (Jean) Andrews, of Powell, WY, and Ralph (Joyce) Andrews of Puyallup, WA; 3 daughters, Faye (Richard) Baker of Worland, Helen (Terry) Jacobson of Prescott, AZ, and Shirley (Harry) Zane of Heber City, UT; One brother, Lawrence (Wanda) Johnson of Worland; and 2 sisters, Caroline Denny of Worland, and EvaLee (Gordon) Hoffman of Ten Sleep; 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edwin and husband Dalphon, 1 granddaughter, 3 great-grandchildren, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Thursday, December 30, 1999, at the Bryant Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held 10:00 Friday, December 31, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Worland Stake Center with Bishop Michael Oslter officiating. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Lovell Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice in care of Bryant Funeral Home PO Box 524, Worland, WY 82401. Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
