Gloria Jeannette Weamer

Nov 19, 1936 — Mar 18, 2010

Worland

Gloria Jeannette Weamer, a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, became an Angel March 18, 2010 while surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 19th 1936 in Livingston Montana to Roy and Louise Edwards. She grew up in Livingston and lived in many locations before moving to her home in Worland WY.

She married Roy Weamer June 5, 1954 in Livingston Montana. Together they owned and operated many businesses in Montana and Wyoming, most notably the Wea Market and Wea Sooper food store chains.

Nothing was more important to Gloria than family. She is survived by her sister Nancy Gaustad of Livingston, MT, brother Dan (Joanne) Edwards of Sequim WA, sister Dorothy (Larry) Varland St. Helena, CA. Three children Rob and Tim (Sherry) of Red Lodge and Lisa of Worland. Six grandchildren, Joey (Maggie), Andy, Timmy, Jilian, Michael, and Maddie, and one great grandson, Alex. She will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews and her granddog Noodle.

Mom loved flowers. She was inspired by their intricate beauty and saw them as a gift from God. She had the ability to grow them profusely, and tended to them faithfully spending many, many hours among them.

She was a creator of beauty and loved to make things for her friends and family. Quilting, painting, knitting and crocheting were a few of her talents. Many of us have been blessed with her gifts of love that will serve as a reminder to us of how lucky we were to have been a part of her life.

We will miss her hugs, sweet smile and sense of humor. To her family she was truly the embodiment of love and a master of finding the good in any situation.

Memorial services will be on May 29, 2010 in Livingston and internment with her true love, Roy, in Big Timber MT.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, that you plant a flower in your garden for Mom. Online condolences may be made at www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
