Jessie "Adell" (Brubaker) Mosley

August 15, 1927 – March 25, 2025

Jessie "Adell" Mosley, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2025 at the Washakie Medical Center in Worland, Wyoming, with family by her side.

Adell was born August 15, 1927 in her grandparents' home on Gooseberry in Worland. She was the second of six children born to Devon "Dee" and Polly Opal (Larkins) Brubaker. She grew up in the Worland area and graduated from Worland High School. She married Francis "Frank" Mosley on December 1, 1946 in Worland. To this union, two sons were born, Melvin Martin Mosley and Marshall Marvin Mosley.

Adell worked as a nurse's aide for 20 years at Washakie Medical Center. She had a particular attraction to the maternity department and assisted in the birth and newborn care of numerous individuals from Worland and the surrounding area. After retirement from the hospital, she served for a number of years as the infant care person for the summer migrant children's school. In later years she worked in the Worland area doing home health assistance for elderly individuals.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Roberta Lell and her husband Frank.

Adell is survived by three sisters, Marjorie Mason, Lorraine Stevens, and Wyola Mabary; one brother, Harvey (Virgie) Brubaker; two sons, Melvin (Gayle) Mosley and Marshall (Nancy) Mosley; 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family.

Services for Adell will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025. There will be a visitation for family and friends from 11:00 AM to 12 noon at Bryant Funeral Home in Worland, and a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery
