Joyce Huber Asay

Joyce Huber Asay, 71 year old Buffalo, WY resident died at her home on July 22, 2005, from complications of cancer.

Joyce was born in Cody, Wyoming a daughter of William & Ruby (Allen) Favors. She grew up and received her education in Cody graduating from Cody High School in 1952. She worked her senior year at the Telephone Company. She married Ivan Asay on March 10, 1952. They moved to Buffalo, Wyoming in 1976. She enjoyed the outdoors, working in her flower gardens, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Joyce was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her husband Ivan Asay, 3 sons; Mitch Asay of Buffalo, Steve Asay of Sheridan, Jeff Asay of Buffalo, Four grandsons of Buffalo and two granddaughters of Post Fall, Idaho.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the L.D.S Chapel in Buffalo, Wyoming with Bishop Sean Durrant conducting. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery.
