Obituary

Marilyn Ellen Rogers

February 13, 1935- July 29, 2025

Marilyn Ellen Rogers, 90, passed away on July 29, 2025 at the Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Worland, Wyoming.

She was born on February 13, 1935 to Harold Albert and Frances Antionette (Miller) Lesh in Weiser, Idaho. Marilyn spent her youth in Weiser, graduating in 1953. She was very close to her family and continued to share that bond with them throughout her life. She was blessed with her first-born son, Bryan. Later, she met and married Earl Clelland which brought two more children into her life, Stephanie "Kay" and Carson. They later divorced. In the late 70s, Marilyn met Harold Rogers. They fell in love and were married in 1977.

As a young mother, she cared for her family and learned the art of cooking and sewing, even making her daughter's school clothes for her. As the children got older, she wanted to still be close to them, so she worked different jobs through the school district. Helping with janitorial tasks and eventually finding a love of driving school buses. Harold and Marilyn moved the family to Middleton, Idaho where she enjoyed working for her brother's RV business.

In her free time, you could find Marilyn taking long walks, reading or spending hours tending to her garden. She was a quiet soul until you got her one on one. She had a great sense of humor and knew how to make you feel loved. She cherished giving compliments and made everyone around her feel important. Towards the end of her life, she enjoyed getting to know her grand and great-grandchildren. She had an especially strong bond with her youngest great-grandson, Tru.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Earl and second husband, Harold; sons, Bryan and Carson Clelland; brothers, Wayne, William and Roy Lesh; sister, Phyllis Viralene; sister-in-law, Peggy Lesh.

She is survived by her daughter, Kay (Blaine) Beall of Worland, Wyoming; brother, Michael Lesh of Meridian, Idaho; nieces, Jennifer (Ben) Grundhauser and Debbie Gaustad; grandchildren, Adam and Marcus Beall; Great-grandchildren, Logan, Hunter and Tru and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held in Idaho at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
