Missy Ann Willard

May 20, 1982 — Oct 25, 2014

Thermopolis, Wyoming

Missy Ann Willard passed away peacefully on October 25, 2014 due to complications with pneumonia. She was 32.

Missy was born in Worland, two and a half months premature on May 20th, 1982 to Michael and Carol (Markley) Willard. She grew up in Worland where she participated in Girl Scouts and Special Olympics. Missy graduated from Worland High School in 2003 and worked for Worrall Law office as a paper shredder. She moved to Thermopolis to live at Big Horn Enterprises after graduation.

Her true enjoyments were an eclectic taste of music, laughing with her friends and FOOTBALL! The Denver Broncos were her first team, and she was a proud part owner of the Green Bay Packers.

Despite her severe disabilities she had an unforgettable soul. Those brave enough to slow their own lives down long enough to step into hers would find it to be a very joyful and rewarding experience.

Missy Ann has joined her paternal Grandmother, Joyce Willard. She is survived by her parents Mike and Carol Willard of Worland, her sister Sylvia Joy Willard (Michael Sincevich) of Blackfoot, Idaho; grandparents, Eddie Willard of Worland and Bob and Sylvia Markley of Emmett, Idaho; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Missy is also survived by her BHE family, especially the Mondell House residents and her incredible caregivers.
