Obituary Nancy Ellen Ryan "Bunny" October 5, 2018 Nancy Ellen Ryan "Bunny", 88, of Ten Sleep, Wyoming, passed away on October 5, 2018 at Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Worland, WY with her daughter and granddaughter at her side. Nancy was born in Denver, Colorado to Frank and Leila Jean (Puhler) Rae. Growing up in a military family, she attended schools in many states but completed high school back in Denver where she met her future husband, Clayton "Bud" Ryan. They both attended Denver University. In April 1950, they eloped and were married after one of Bud's baseball games. In Denver, they raised three children, Michael, Judy and Susan. Together, they loved and kept close to kids and grandkids even though the kids married and moved out of state. Bunny enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, and spending time with family, especially up at their cabin in Leadville Colorado. She was a faithful member of Lutheran and United Methodist Churches. They were happily married until Bud's death in 2011. After his passing, Nancy lived with her daughters. She spent summers in Wyoming with Judy and family and winters in New Jersey with Sue and family. Due to limited mobility and health issues she eventually settled in at Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was cared for by the Center's caring staff and family until she passed away. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son. She is survived by her daughters, Judy Morrison (Don) of Ten Sleep, Wyoming and Sue Castle (Wayne) of Warren New Jersey, grandchildren- Jenny White (Matt), Jake Morrison (Pepper), Melissa Castle (Chad) and Richard Castle (Jamie), Great-grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Hayden, Sophie and Lily. Her love lives on through them. A celebration of her life and family gathering will take place in the future. Cremation has taken place. Bryant Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. N
