WORLAND — Funeral services for Nathan Ivan Wille, 18, of Worland will be held Monday, June 3 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center in Worland with Bishop Michael Snyder officiating.

Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Worland.

Nathan died Tuesday, May 28, 2002 from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle accident south of Worland.

Nathan was born Oct. 21, 1983 in Craig, Colo. to Michael and Billie (Gilmore) Wille. Following his birth, the family moved to Baggs, CO. In 1984, they moved to Riverton where he attended kindergarten. The family moved to Worland in 1990 where he continued his education, graduating from Worland High School on May 19, 2002.

Nathan had many talents. He enjoyed drawing. In kindergarten, he won an art contest in Riverton. His drawing was made into place mats that were used in local restaurants. He liked music and had a peaceful voice. He loved people and would go out of his way to be friendly.

Nathan loved the outdoors, enjoyed fishing, camping, backpacking and hunting. He was involved in his church where he held leadership positions.

He was active in scouting and reached the rank of Eagle Scout. He was selected and attended Boys State in 2001. He had plans of serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, like his older brother Michael. He loved spending time with his family.

Nathan was preceded in death by his grandfather and best friend, Oliver (Bud) Wille.

Nathan is survived by his parents, Mike and Billie Wille of Worland; three brothers, Michael Jr. of Phoenix, Ariz., Levi and Joseph of the family home; two sisters, Genesa and Jana Wille also of the family home; his grandparents, Ivan and Geneva Gilmore of Worland; and his grandmother, LesaLee Wille of Baggs; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the charity of their choice.

Bryant Funeral Home in Worland is in charge of arrangements.
