Patricia Joan Schaeffer

Obituary Patricia Joan Schaeffer March 26, 1939 – November 26, 2020 Patricia Joan Schaeffer went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2020. She was born in Billings, Montana on March 26, 1939 to Margaret and Norman Wilson. In July of 1957, she married Harold F. Schaeffer, the love of her life. Pat and Harold were married for 59 years and they had three children together. She took great pride in raising her family. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She loved hosting all the family dinners and cooking amazing meals. Pat and Harold also enjoyed camping and travelling to Europe. Their favorite place to camp was at Medicine Lodge Campground. She would often invite family and friends come to stay with them. Later in life, she cherished the time spent babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was faithful in attending all their sporting events. She loved to quilt and cook for her family. Everything she loved and enjoyed doing was centered around her family. She was a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Survivors include their 3 children, Brenda (Don) Rabun, Mike (Joanne) Schaeffer and Mark Schaeffer; grandchildren, Amber (Ryan) Clark, April (Marc) Bradshaw, Chelsie Schaeffer, Scott (Krista) Schaeffer, Josh Schaeffer and Jakob Schaeffer; great-grandchildren, Carter, Caden, Jaxton, Kobe, Tyce, Hoyt, Liam and Eden. A private family memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Roger Dobson officiating. Memorials can be made to the Worland Food Bank and/or the New Hope Humane Society and sent to PO Box 524, Worland, WY 82401.
