Sha Marie Seely

Sha Marie Seely, 41, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Worland on November 2, 2013.

Sha was born on October 18, 1972 in Denver, CO to Eugene Richard and Patricia Arlene (Rawls) Koski. The family lived in the Denver area until Sha was 4 years old with the exception of 3-4 months of her infancy, living in Tacoma, WA. The family then relocated to Gillette, WY. In 1975 where she received her education, graduating in the year of 1990. She then married Anthony McLaurie on August 30, 1989, and to this union were born two children, Brittani and Timothy. The couple were later divorced.

Sha then had a long relationship with Kelly Popescu, from which another daughter, Danielle was born.

During this union she lived alternately in Gillette and Worland. She then later married Steven Saathoff in Gillette and a son, Colton was born. The couple later divorced. She then was later married to Leon Seely for a short time.

The last two and one half years of Sha's life was spent with her fiance and love of her life, Mike Sakal, in Worland.

Growing up, Sha's family introduced her to her love of the great oudoors. To the day of her passing she continued to love camping and fishing. One of her favorite areas was Crazy Woman Canyon in the Big Horn Mountains. She was a fabulous cook, and enjoyed shopping for bargains with her never-ending book of coupons.

Survivors include her fiance, Mike Sakal of Worland; mother and step-father, Pat and Harry Kimbley of Gillette; father, Eugene Koski of Gillette.; children: Brittani (Curtis) McLaurie-Lees and Timothy McLaurie both of Gillette, Colten Saathoff and Danielle Popescu both of Worland; sisters, Gina (Scott) Pehringer of Buffalo, WY and Jaylene Koski of Maui, HI; and step siblings, James Kimbley, Jesse Kimbley and Leah Flores-Gonzalez of Gillette; nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Sha is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Louie Pantelis from the Grace Chapel Community Church officiating.
