Obituary

Sherry Lou Callaham

July 11, 1941- January 25, 2026

Sherry Lou Martin Callaham was born on July 11, 1941, in Evanston, Wyoming, to Thomas and Erma Martin.

She passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 25, 2026, while soaking in the Texas sunshine alongside Jer Wayne and the schnauzers she adored, "the boys."

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Erma Martin; her beloved husband, F.E. "Bud" Callaham; her daughter, Wendy Lynn Callaham; and her sisters, Jackie, JoAnn, and Kae.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandi Kae Callaham Parks; her grandchildren, Dani Lobato & Ashlee Lyman; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Rocky, Gracie, Madolyn Lou (named in honor of her great-grandmother) and Jack.

Sherry lived for the time she shared with those she loved most, especially her husband Bud, her daughter Sandi, and "the girls," Dani and Ashlee.

She and Bud built a lifetime of memories together. Traveling the country with the National Street Rod Association, proudly showing their vintage cars, enjoying Cruise Wyoming, tending their garden, baking, and making memories while boating, camping, and traveling with family.

Her humor, quiet strength, warm presence, and deep love for her family will never be forgotten.

Her legacy lives on through the generations she adored and the countless memories she helped create.

A celebration of life will be held in Evanston, Wyoming, on July 11, 2026, what would have been her 85th birthday.

Family and friends are invited to gather in her honor and share memories of a life well lived.
