Obituary Terryl Lynn Perkins September 25, 1939 – May 9, 2019 Terryl Lynn Perkins, 79, passed away at Bonnie Blue Jacket Nursing Home on May 9, 2019. Terry was born on September 25, 1939 in Hagerstown, Maryland to Charles E. and Charlotte V. (Snyder) Spillan. On May 16, 1958, she married Dale LeRoy Perkins. The couple moved to Wyoming, making Basin her home for the next 61 years. She went to work for the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), retiring after 23 years of service. She enjoyed family, horses, pets, playing cards, time with friends, and cooking large dinners. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dale and sons, Rory and Nick. Survivors include her son Greg (Kerry) Perkins of Holbrook, AZ; daughter-in-law, Susie Perkins of Lander; grandchildren, Marsha (Ian) Redding, Bob (Tamra) Perkins, Josh Perkins, Nic Perkins, Sam (Joe) Perkins; 4 great-grandchildren; Sister, Roberta (Keihl) Poffenberger of Maryland, brothers, Mike (Darlene) Spillan of Arizona and Pat Spillan of Florida. As per Terry's request there will be no formal services.
